The simple truth is that the traditional mediums of reporting are often not sufficient to fully convey the magnitude of a particular idea, especially when that idea spans seven world borders. I have such a surplus of content that I always find myself having to cut through swaths of my documented stories and photographs to find the ones that are most meaningful and impactful; I have so many more stories and photographs to share that I just didn’t have to space or time to share during public speaking engagements or third-party media coverage on my work.

I post these images to my Instagram account and my photography website, where I also include all of my non-journalistic visual art. My website is dedicated to the visual imagery itself with minimal captioning and writing influence. On the other hand, I use my Instagram account to very intentionally couple images with written stories and descriptions of places to tell an overarching story about the world around us. Additionally, my episodes of Perspectives Podcast are published on YouTube, where they can be viewed by anyone with an internet connection.
